Pair of Elkington & Co. Urns (#77)

A pair of massive & impressive urns made by Elkington & Company of London, England. Expertly veneered with Banded Malachite in perfect symmetry. Each urn has a set of gold-plated handles at the top to the body. Each urn is adorned by a pair of affixed silver-plated electroformed plaques done by the Elkington family. They are surrounded by gold-plated garland, and supported by Malachite and Dore Bronze supports above a solid round plinth of Black Onyx. The urns are unique in many ways, such as style, form, manner of construction, pattern, and symmetrical Malachite veneer pattern.   29″H x 14″W   (#77)
